FROM AMSTERDAM TO AHMEDABAD


It all started in the Netherlands, where I went to study Food Technology and got an understanding of the operational line all the way from how products are made to how they are marketed once sold in the market. Food there wasn’t labeled as “healthy” or “unhealthy” — it was simply good. Good in taste, good in quality, and effortlessly a part of daily life. Living with European friends, I saw how probiotics like kefir and kombucha weren’t just trends; they were staples.

That’s when it struck me—why not bring this to India? A country where drinks were often overloaded with sugar, caffeine, and artificial ingredients. I launched a subscription-based healthy beverage startup in 2021, only to realize that people needed more than just a product; they needed an experience.

So, in January 2024, Panthère was born—not just to sell kombucha, but to redefine indulgence. To create something bold, sophisticated, and undeniably good.
